English, Spanish and Catalan-- it'll certainly do wonders for your son's linguistic capabilities.

The wife and me live in Poland, she's Polish but we communicate in Italian (don't ask.)

We're pretty sure that our kids will be messed up language-wise unless we change our language of communication (or move to Italy)

Yes, our son being (at least) bi-lingual is something that is very important to us, as his parents. It's still something I aspire to because my Spanish is functionally okay but I'm still not completely fluent yet. I lived in Italy for a couple of months (in Turin) and have a love (and hate) for Italy. If your kids are getting Polish at school then they should be fine. Maybe you could even use English when you talk to them, which would be of benefit too, I think.
